All products sold here are digital goods. Access or download links are made available automatically once your payment is confirmed, through your account on this site.

License & acceptable use

When you buy a product you receive a license to use it. You agree not to:

• Remove or alter copyright, license or ownership notices.
• Use the product for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party rights.

Payments & billing

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — they are handled entirely on Stripe's PCI-compliant systems.

You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charge for the order you place.

Refunds

Our products are digital goods delivered instantly, so all sales are generally final. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at [email protected] and we'll make it right.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend access that violates these terms or harms other customers.

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hexel is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, our products.
